What can you do in the Mentions Section

In the mentions section, you have visibility into anyone mentioning your brand, or the social accounts you manage, across your accounts. We know that keeping on top of mentions can be critical for boosting positive engagement and often recommend creating a testimonial schedule from these mentions. Luckily, you can easily do that from this section!

How do I navigate to Mentions?

In the left-hand menu of the platform, in the Monitor section,  click the “Activity Feed” drop-down, and select Mentions.

Once you click into the Mentions tab, you are able to view your most recent mentions. The first drop down menu allows you to filter for which social account you would like to view your mentions from. 



The second drop down menu allows you to filter your mentions by time, type of impression and by platform. 



The third search bar is where you are able to search by keyword for a mention. 



From Mentions, while viewing the post you received a mention on, by clicking the three dots to the right of the post you have the Option to Copy Post or Manage Post. 



You are also able to comment/respond to mentions on the post directly from the Mentions tab.
