This article will help you reset your Meta permissions to either help link your accounts, or resolve a permissions issue
Please follow the steps below carefully to reset your Meta permissions
#1. Navigate to facebook.com, and be sure you're logged in as the personal FB account that has admin access to your Pages. Click your profile icon in the top right corner, select Settings and Privacy, then select Settings
#2. Scroll down on the left side menu, and select Business Integrations. Click on "Remove" next to Cloud Campaign, then click "Remove" again
#3. Once you've removed Cloud Campaign from Meta, don't readd the app and proceed with linking either a Facebook or Instagram account from Cloud Campaign to restore these permissions. If you were following along with a previous help article, this is where you would go back and revisit that article.
